We were very excited to submit our application for our “Early Design Guidance” (EDG) with the City of Seattle today. EDG is an important part of the Design Review process, itself a requirement for our Master Use Permit. The EDG is an opportunity for us to get feedback from both the local community and the City on the exterior design of our building.

There will be a public meeting where we present this to the Design Review board, and where public comment can be made. We’ll be sure to post the information for that meeting when its scheduled.
